About Our Restaurant

We have been running our business for over 8 years, and our head chef brings 18 years of kitchen experience. We listen carefully to our customers’ feedback and combine it with our own expertise to create delicious food. Our guests come from all over the world, and while it’s impossible to satisfy everyone, we always do our utmost to offer high‑quality food at fair prices. We are proud to have received the Børsen Gazelle award in both 2024 and 2025, as well as a 6‑star food review from Helsingør Dagblad.

Our History

Suki Ramen was established in 2018 at Værftets Madmarked with the goal of bringing authentic and comforting Japanese ramen to the local community. What began as a small food stall quickly gained attention for its rich broths, fresh ingredients, and warm atmosphere inspired by traditional Japanese street kitchens.

In the early days, the focus was on perfecting a simple menu while building a loyal customer base. Over time, Suki Ramen expanded its offerings to include dishes such as miso ramen, Japanese curry, and poke bowls, while maintaining its commitment to quality and flavor.
